TargetBound · idea → artwork → buffer
① Ideas — Claude drafts title, caption and visual direction. Click any text to edit it, or comment; that is the feedback. Hit Sign off idea when happy and Claude builds the artwork.
② Artwork — the built visual, large, with the caption as it will publish. Comment or edit to iterate; Approve artwork sends it to Buffer.
③ Buffer & Learnings — one row per idea with a Status column (approved-not-yet-queued / in queue / published), then performance metrics (likes, saves, shares, reach…) once Buffer has data (~24h lag). Reposted ideas show V1 vs V2 side by side with the differences marked. While a post is still in the queue (not yet published), ↩ Pull back from Buffer withdraws it and returns the card to ② Artwork so you can change it and re-approve. Once published it can't be pulled.
Every card belongs to exactly one side at any moment, worked out automatically from the card itself:
Your turn (lime strip) — cards waiting on your verdict. Clear the strip and you're done.
With Claude (cyan strip) — cards Claude owes work on, each labelled with exactly what ("answer your changes", "build the artwork", "queue it to Buffer"…) and how long it's been waiting. The moment you edit, comment, sign off or approve anything, the card moves here by itself — there is nothing to send and no button to press. It moves back when Claude has actually done the work (its reply on the card is the receipt).
Neither strip showing a card = nothing in flight.
The bar at the very top shows the heartbeat: when Claude's automatic pass last visited, what it did, and when the next visit is due. The loop runs every 2 hours, 8am–8pm, while the Claude app is open on your Mac — if the app is closed, cards simply wait. A card stuck "With Claude" longer than two visits shows its age in amber; that means something's wrong and worth a nudge in a chat.
Every edit autosaves within a second — the badge top-right always shows the current state (saving… / saved ✓). If it says saved, nothing can be lost.
